This made me very angry...

It is a photograph of a British war cemetary in France which was attacked this week by Evil anti British SCUM in France. A basic translation is "Dig up your garbage its fouling our soil" It adds Rosbeefs (British) go home, Sadam will win and make your blood flow"

The grave is at a site where 11, 000 British servicemen were buried during the first world war LIBERATING FRANCE.

I just hope the majority of decent French people are as disgusted as the British are. This has deeply harmed our relationship with our French neighbours.

I'm french and I don't agree with these awfull actions, I think that the sacrifices of the past have not to be involved with actual problems. Yes I'm against that fucking war and that fucking bush but i condemn these action and these sentences.

If the todays soldiers are as much innocents than the ones of the past, the leaders them, are not so respectables...

Maybe you forgot that you'd be speaking German and there wouldn't be any jews left in Europe if it were not for the British and Americans. No doubt that the most Iraqi people are more then happy to get rid of the Bathparty dictatorship for more then 25 years.

But for you "anylysis" of the the reasons behind the German and French resistence against this war - its extreemly weak. Both countrys have an ecomomy that does not depend on who is in charge in Iraq. They see problems in the procedure that this kind of wars can lead to in the future. Also they think that the human costs of a war is a to high price to pay to have the eventual weapons of massdestruction removed.

Don´t forget that the change of regime was never the mainreason for the Americans to start the war - thats more a very very pleasent sideeffect of this war. And thats of course something to congrat the Iraqi people - those that think it was worth it - but those that died, or those that have loved ones that died, would proberbly think its a to high price to pay.

And thats what all this debatte is about: the price of the change of regime in Iraq, the price of having the regimes eventual weapons of massdestruction removed

The British and the American leadership have said that its a neassersary and fair price to pay - many other countrys have said that its an uneassary and a to high price to pay.

Did the Americans start this war for oil - NEVER!
Did the French and Germans opposite this war becaurse of money - NEVER!

The argumentation that I claimed was "extreemly weak" was your statement that the Germans and Frenchmen was against the war becaurse of money - I think thats an unqualified guess at the same level as some people guessing that the USA are in Iraq becaurse of oil.

So far there are no evidence of the motives being different then what our goverments accually says, and I see no reason to doubt them (USA, UK, France and Germany).
