but it does depend on the woman....sometimes high can actually hurt less be cause it keeps most of the weigh on the balls of the womans feet.....but it is very easy for her to shift a little and cause as much pain as she likes.
One of the most painfull experiences i have had though was by a woman wearing shoes that were almost flat but with a short little designer heel on them...this kept most of her weight back and on that heel.....even though it was probably less than an inch... the pain was constant.......and wonderful i might add :)

The anticipation of a beautiful woman about to step up on me produces such an endorphin dump that the line between pleasure and pain is very thin.

Some of the most intense experiences I had were when my ex (5'3 and 115 pounds) stepped up on the side of my face in her running shoes and began to twist from side to side. The first time I didn't ask for that; it was her idea and I was so surprised that I didn't feel the full effect until a few minutes later.

Her spiked heels (such as that wonderful pair that Eileen has on in these pics) would go beyond pain to a kind of burning sensation as they sank into my belly.

Guess a lot of it's in the mind and emotional state of the rug! That my first real trample experiences were with my fiance who I was madly in love with at the time seemed to block a lot of the pain.

In my experience i like them both, but sometime a flat thin leather sole can be very painful.Maybe i prefer a little bit flat leather soles.smile!

Nothing better than the rush from the brutality and intensity of stiletto heels, followed by the warmth and sensual qualities of bare or stockinged feet. Most pleasant :p

I've tried trampling with quite a few girls now, but get on best with sub 60 kilos really. They can still cause the right type of pain, and tend to have a little more control over it than some of their less petite sisters :D

Nice, fanoffoot. At first the pressure of her weight mostly on her toes, then the burning as she drops her weight onto her heels and they suddenly sink all the way into your belly.

It is a great sensation, isn't it. Sure reminds you that you're quite alive!:)
