Imagine if she'd enticed you to her apartment. It wouldn't be difficult would it? Then imagine she drugged you, or tricked you into letting her tie you to a chair. Then imagine she gagged your mouth, with duck tape or something, and put a tube in your nostrils, with a "Y" shaped end, with elastic to hold it on your head. Then she shows you the doll. The doll is made of a single piece of plastic. There are only two openings, one at the heel, one at the mouth. The mouth is open in a round expression like surprise. She inserts the other end of the tube that feeds air to your nose into the heel of the doll. All of a sudden you are breathing through the doll's mouth. She puts the doll on the ground and presses her toes to its face. You can smell her toes. By smothering the doll she can smother you. By crushing the doll's head, chest or stomach she stops you breathing. You are helpless at her feet because the doll is helpless. This doll could be placed on the couch and sat on as well.

Is this possible?
