My grief with Romanvideo.com

Greetings all,

I have been a longtime fan of this board, although i have never really posted, I have been a facesitting fan since as long as I can remember, and it's definately comforting in a way to know there are many others who share the same fetish.

I'm writing this because I feel a little bad about my experience with Romanvideo. I signed up for the site a few days ago and unfortunately, got that "page cannot be displayed" thing when my login and pw was supposed to be given to me. The charge was placed on my creditcard, so I know the transaction went through...since then, I have written 3 emails to romanvideo, and one to Ibills and have got no response at all. I finally called Ibills and tried to tell them what happened, only to get a lady who didnt speak english very well. Anyways, I believe I managed to get her to cancel the subscription I never got before I get billed 20 bucks for a website I will never see.

I realize Im only out 5 bucks, but I still think this is terrible customer service and that's too bad, I thought their site might be interesting, they do have some nice pics of those videos.

I have had very similar issues with Roman Video. Their customer service is the worst of all pay sites I have ever joined. They try and trap you and not let you cancel and they don't reply to email. I do not recommend any members here use them because you will only get ripped off. I have seen so many complaints about them here and on other boards. STAY AWAY!

I also used to me a member before I canceled last month.

My main complaint was the lack of regular "good" updates.

More often than not we are treated to spitting!! Equestrian!! or trampling!! I was hoping for a lot more smother / facesitting pics and videos.

I am the webmaster of Roman Video and I must address your issues because I think they are an isolated incident with your browser. I wrote you back several times and told you to update your browser to a version which supports 128 bit encryption (at least IE 5.x and/or Netscape 4.7x).

Several other people have had problems signing up who only had 64 bit encryption. Once they updated their browser, they were able to log in without any problems. Have you tried to do this? Did you receive my emails?

Another issue is that if you call iBill they will CANCEL YOU IMMEDIATELY! There is no way you can't get in touch with them. Their customer service is open 24/7 and all you have to do is call them at their toll free number to cancel, so please dont use that as a lame excuse.

Second, we DO NOT TRAP anyone! that is the most ludicrous claim I have ever heard. Are you another fetish webmaster trying to bash us because you are threatened by us???

Finally, we have begun updating every day and for those of you have felt ripped off, I will offer you some sort of discount on our videos.

Now how can you complain??

Roman video is not just a smother site. It is fetish oriented site which specializes in smother/facesitting, Trample, Equestrian and other fetishes involving female domination, which include spitting, slapping, caning, spanking and other forms of domination, so the updates encompass all these areas, not just smothering.

Although our site is dedicated to 50% smother, we can't always update the site with just smother video pics and clips. That wouldn't be fair to the other guys who are into trampling, foot worship, spanking, slapping or spitting.

Roman Video isn't a bad website but I experienced a problem too.

I suscribed for a short membership of 3 or 4 days, and when I wanted to cancell it it was quite tough.
(I was quite satisfied by the stuff but had some many working like anaconda or smother ...ect) and of course misscrystal.com

In fact, Ibill Customer service wasn't working. I tought the link was bad, but even by the main page of Ibill, it wasn't possible to cancel. I sent a message to the Webmaster but my membership have been automatically extended to 1 month, with a 19,95 $ charge.

I dont want to blame Bubba; he tought that Ibill was perfect. It is my first problem with them and usually Ibill or CCbill are safe, and allow us to check our accounts.
May be the webmaster could understand that automatic rebilling isn't the best way to make business. People will be more secured by a non-reccuring formula of 3 or 4 days, Romanvideo should try it .

I didn't make a claim because the stuff of RomanVideo is excellent for a young website. The pics and the clips from under, with Crystal or Calli are delicious. I mentionned it in my yahoo group "undersublimeladies".

Besides, I recommend to avoid all Australian websites, like MistressIsha, MistressKim ect. .. It is the same company that manage the websites with regularly a new stunning girl that speaks about toilet training. The membership toll is huge (they gave false information about the rate of the australian currency), the stuff inside is ridiculous and they billed me twice despite several mail for cancellation.

thanks for clarifying where your problems were. I know iBill has had a lot of problems lately with their login/subscription pages and CMI but they have ironed them out.

I just want to let you know we have strived to keep everyone happy and its not an easy job. Sometimes there are problems beyond our control (technological 3rd party problems such as iBill) that we have can't factor into our day to day operations. All we can do is offer a discount on our videos or another free 3 day trial to those who feel "ripped off" or less than satisfied.


One other thing to look for if you are considering coming back is to check out our "Whats New" page (http://www.romanvideo.com/whatsnew.htm) which shows all the latest updates, and you'll see that on almost every day there was an update, there is some Smother content (either a video clip or pics) included.

Its funny you mention spitting POV. I just shot some great footage with Cory Lane with exactly that -- point of view of her spitting! The camera is focused on her while she is looking straight down into it and spitting away...

Your first reply was kinda offending though, I don't think you should tell your potential customers that they are trying to use "lame ass excuses"....I'm telling you what happened to me..when I called ibills. Just so u know, I did not receive ANY emails from u, I used the link on your website and that's what kinda got me upset, is getting no reply....otherwise, Im sure we could've worked something out instead of going public. However, I do have the latest IE and I've never had problems accessing any other site, lots of other sites also use ibills, and I've never had a problem til now.
I hope you realize I was NOT criticizing the content of your site, in fact, I was very much looking forward to chk it out..it looks hot...Thus, if you're still in good terms and think I can get my 3-day trial then please email me my login and pw, It's chicopca@attbi.com.
I like the idea of facesitting DVD's, I kinda want to check them out but I want to see some of the clips to see which one I might like, one of those brunette models looks REALLY hot.

I posted earlier about the same problem at Roman. The problem isn't at Roman, but in the browser myself, and I suspect alot of others use. The standard setup in IE is 56kb decryption. Am I right? I downloaded Netscape and when I entered the link it worked. So my advice to you Bubba is write a warning below the link telling people that this page must be viewed with a 128kb decryption. Then maybe this problem will be solved in the future.

I really like your site, but I couldn't afford being a member.. =(((

Chico, I didn't mean to offend you. I was just a little pissed that people come to these boards to complain and I never heard of the problem to begin with, and I work hard to keep my members happy, so I was surprised.

In regards to the login, I will be posting specific messages on the login page that users need to upgrade their browsers to 128 bit encryption before they can log in.

That will hopefully end problems like this.

I'd like the thank the webmaster for Romanvideo.com, after some research, we finally got my issue taken care of. I never really wanted to complain, but at the time I felt somewhat ripped-off. We exchanged some emails, considering all the confusion we both went through, I believe he did the right thing and I thank him for it.
