smother.com trouble

I just set up a new account for smother.com but I cannot access this wonderful sight. Every time I put in my user name and password it just reloads the sign in screen... :confused:

Glad to have you, I think you'll be happy with what you see(once we get it working for you). We haven't had any other complaints and the site comes up fine for me. I'm wondering what this could be.......

it doesn't say anything when I hit submit... it just reloads with the signin prompt and the password blank again...

Thanks, I've been in a few times but monetary issues have caused me to cancel a few times as well. It really is a great site, in my opinion the best out there... thats why this trouble is so disappointing for me... especially when I did spend hard earned greenbacks to get it. (but mostly because I can't see that sweet sweet content... ;) )

I'm sorry to hear that, I know how bad it is to want to see the content and not get to. When we find out what it was we can extend your membership, but it sounds like something on your end for sure. Try to delete all cookies and turn off your anti-virus to see if something is blocking you.

I agree with trying different browsers, altho if he's using internet explorer he'll have to make sure cookies are enabled, cause if they're not he wont be able to log in, and it'll just refresh the data enter page, which is whats happenin.

So yeah, try enabling cookies, should fix the problem

Hey, ighfireman. Just follow these simple steps:

* Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
* Click on the "Privacy" tab.
* Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
* Click "OK".

If you happen to still be using ie 5.0+, simply follow these:

* Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
* Click on the "Security" tab.
* Click the "Custom Level" button.
* Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
* To enable:
o Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
o Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
* Click "OK".

Hey, make sure you check out that video "SS431" on Smother.com (unfortunately I forgot the name of that beauty). Believe me, I have already seen so many fs-clips, but this is by far the most exciting one, I have ever seen.

@igfireman: Try Opera (www.opera.com) or Firefox (www.getfirefox.com) as alternative browsers. They should both work fine with smother.com in their default settings. If you still have problems, you may have some firewall / antivirus / security suite installed that tries to block cookies. If you are able to, disable them for a small time just to test out if that works.
