Mistress Destiny site - when avaailable?

You haven't been asked for a while, so..... when do you plan to launch the Mistress Destiny pay site?
Have to say that your promise of a <$10pm doesn't sound too viable, why don't you launch at a more normal viable $30 ish? (Sorry all you cheap skates out there, but I can't see a web site surviving in this specialised and competitive area at only $10pm).

After much consideration, I am 99% certain we will not open a Destiny paysite. The reality is while I think it would be great fun, we enjoy goofing off too much. Once it becomes an actual business I need customer service, dealing with credit card processing, assholes trying to rip you off, etc....

It's just not worth it....right now we can do whatever we want, whenever we want. What I may do instead is just create fun clips and hand them out....if the bandwidth gets too great, maybe set up a reward system or something...

Since I already have a bunch of pics and movieclips already done, I am thinking about giving them to a friend of mine that wants to open a smother site on a domain I own. Still need to talk to him about that because I would want the same copyguard on the clips that I used...

We shall see!

i completely respect the decision that you've made......if it is more hassle than it's worth on your part, then you are right not to do it.:)
and i'm glad you prioritise enjoying quality of life more than the hassle of business:) :)
also, similar in what james says really there are plenty of other decent sites out there to enjoy - although this, if launched would have been up at the top.
most of my time on the computer is spent here anyway, so i don't feel like a big chunk of me will be missing.

this is a great board, and John i think you and Destiny have done extremely well in bringing this board completely to life, and back from the dark days when there were only two posts a day, if that.

that, to me, is time-consuming and commitment enough, and i gladly appreciate it.;) :beer: :rasta:

I'm still going to be watching for you to post the greatest facesitting pic ever, the one on the top left of the screen. That will be treat.

I know this has been said many times before, but not by me. This is a great site, and I personally have an aweful lot of fun here and I have met some very nice people. I think your decision not to start a paysite is good one as you say it would most likely be more hassle than fun. I know I spend far far too much time here.

I have recently asked the guys who respond to my posts to contact me if they wish, and I have (So far) not regretted it as they have been very nice and perfect gentlemen.

I must agree with the lovely Ms. Scorpio that dealing with all the probable hassles of the projected pay site may well not be worth the effort. I also wanted to personally thank Mistress Destiny and John for all the inspiration and the effort they have put into this forum - it is a wonderful thing. Thanks so much...

I hope to have some goof off time in the not-so-distant future, as right now I am working like a dog - enjoy yourselves!

May be you are right, John, having a pay-website isn't so fun when you aren't doing it for money.

But we are so desillusionned about the possibility to see new pics about Destiny, a so beautiful Goddess that every new pics is a event.

Do you know if Mistress Destiny is willing to make some photos for other websites, like Meanbitches, Romanvideo, Anaconda,JBVideo,
Or non-fetish like Danni.com or Scoreland.com
You can argue that so many admirers are willing to pay a membership only to get a few new pics of their Goddess.

I understand ya completely, John. I am a freelance photographer and do so because I love it too much for it to become a full-time gig. Now, I get to do what I want when I want and there are no strings attached. I think the distribution to another pay site is wonderful, that way, you can still do what you want, we still get some great material from you, and someone else who doesn't mind the business aspect can handle the workload. You have done so much already that I can definitely see you wanting to goof off and have time to do what you want.

Not to speak for everyone, but I am sure a bulk majority of us will be happy with your decision to have material on another site, while still allowing us the provelidge to have the forum here.

Now, the greedy side...LOL. Maybe for us diehards here at the forum, there could be a direct link from here to the other site for a bit of a discount ...:D

Anyway, just wanted to put my 2 cents in and I am sure most of us will just be happy with being able to see some great material from you again, no matter how or where we get it!

Unfortunately for me, I can't good off too much. Back to work
