Currently, I am trying to get a refund for money they charged my credit card for ten months. When you sign up, unlike most sites, they send you a password and ID name. Most, such as Smother.Com and others, will give you an ID and password YOU have chosen. As you, and many here know, you get instant access. Not true with J-Fetish. After several letters, I finally got a response, and received a password to access the site. Now that I have sent them all documentation (saved letters, etc) to get a refund back for the months I never had a password, again, I'm not getting responses. I would advise you, and anyone here, to be careful with this site. Now, this could be an isolated incident. I can't say this has happened frequently, and I have no idea if anyone else has experienced any problems with them.
In addition, without getting the ID and password, I couldn't access the site to cancel at any time. They do not offer any check points for, "Forget your password? Forget your ID"?, as so many other sites offer.
As far as the site, the women, as you can see from pics I've posted, are exceptionally beautiful. However, updates happen infrequently now, once or twice a month. I'm not sure if this is under new management now, but I was a member about three years ago, updates occured about once a week, and I never had the problems with them I've having now. I'm not sure if it's a problem with language, or what.
Lastly, the archives section has incredible women that used to be with J-Fetish, one named Mika. She is, in my opinion, the best of the best in J-Fetish. The problem is now with the archives, you can only view maybe six or seven of the girls at anytime. You cannot have access to all archive folders, as they control who can be seen. Possibly a bandwith problem, perhaps limited space or capabilites; and they only change the women in the archives once in a great while.
Simply put, and my personal problems with them aside, they do not update frequently enough, and I would love to see more of the archives then they allow. They are extremely slow with answering correspondence should problems arrive.
