Interesting poll and results. I prefer ladies to be freshly showered and clean. My reasons are alittle odd and different than some of you. I like clean healthy ladies, so health is a concern for me. If a lady isn't very clean, then catching Hepatitis B is a possibility. I've worked in the medical field for years, and I am aware of how one can catch that liver infection. Being facesat by an unclean lady is naughty and sensuous, so how unclean can she be and still be a safe "yummy" thing to do. Well, if she wipes her self clean from BMs, then "go for it". I think that if the lady is extremely healthy then there is no danger of catching anything from her. This is just my opinion.

Actually you can catch some things from anal/oral contact. Fecal matter carries numerous diseases and infectious germs!
