i wud love sum helpfull pointers if u can help me?

I just opened a clips4sale site and i hav alot of video footage thats in flash format and they only upload MPG, WMV, RM, MOV, MP4, M4V or AVI......


how do i change the format or upload my vids ?????

any help would be greatly appreciated and the sooner i get the site up the sooner all of you will be enjoying great smothering and facesitting!!!!
