I have noticed when i look at the birthdays on the home page that there seems to be a lot of younger people subscribed to this this forum. So I am curious just what the spread of ages is?

Hello Scorpio. My chronological age is 54, but my biological age is approximately 30. I am in excellent health, I say physically fit. "I might have some snow on the roof, but there is fire in the furnace!" I am 5'8", 175lbs, athletic, and I enjoy life. The maximum life for a human is 120 years, so I am not even half way there. I plan to go the distance. Old age begins at 80 these day. Feel free to comment. I would love to hear your feedback.

Thank you for the kind words Scorpio. I have always been active in sports and especially the martial arts. I still train 3 days per week with weights and 3 days in the dojo. Grappling and wrestling with females is my favorite ( I mean competitive type of wrestling and sometimes with some spice added).
