Actually MGP's and TGP's are obnoxious and I avoid them like the plague,, especially the one's that do NOTHING BUT re-direct..
Some have a pattern,, IE; every 3rd click is a re-direct. (not so bad) Some NEVER send you to the gallery that the thumb depicts,,, Who do these idiots think they are fooling ?

When I come across the one's with ALL re-directs I quickly dismiss them as a scammy type thing, and the next time I see it I just "close" it even before it loads up.

I've been on the net since the beginning, and even have been involved with web management and marketing, and I find it hard to believe these kind of sites actually make money. As far as I know the "pay per click" days are over and most are just pushing multiple "affiliates" (resellers,,,only get paid if they send a customer who buys)Although there are a few good ones, they are the exception not the rule. In fact in most of the obnoxious ones the "re-directs" just send you to another TGP, then that TGP just send you to another,,, ya da ya da,,, From what I see, it's just sending the surfer on to someone else that will,, maybe,, end up getting a sell., .Where is the money in that ? ?,,I know for sure that I'm not pulling my wallet out very frequently if at all via these TGP's.
It also always cracks me up when they have a notice,,, "bookmark this site",,,
Why ? ? ? In that merry-go-round if you just keep clicking the re-directs you will invariably end up getting sent right back there anyway.

Sorry to ramble,,, but it's a peeve of mine,,, As far as I'm concerned the "overuse" of a good idea like a TGP has mutated into an ugly un-professional scammy game,,, I know it's a game of numbers,, but the saturation of too many TGP operaters looking for that quick buck,, (wherever it is) has defeated it's purpose and ruiined it.
JUST LIKE and very similiar to the old "pop-ups" idea years ago. (does any one here remember that obnoxious crap)
It took a while, but the promoters using "pop-ups" Finally realized it was backfiring on them big-time, and they are virtually non-exixtent now. I can only hope this market that is bloated with MGP, TGP crap will soon follow the same path,,,, like learning the same lesson over and over,, just differnt graphics.

There are very good images and videos, but too much viruses on these websites. I had to restore my computer as a Trojan horse modified totally my explorer settings, with non-desired homages.
