How do I cancel membership at Roman video? I can't find any links on the home page, not even a e-mail link. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the page where you can join and follow the link to http://www.ibillcs.com/ . there you can search for your transaction and cancel membership.

Logon to the homepage, scroll down to the box marked "Video Section", click on "Smother Videos" and the next page to open has at the top a few blue boxes with info links in them, one of these is FAQ's, click on that and there is a link dealing with how to cancel your membership. There are several options, but you will need to enter your User name and Transaction Number to cancel. I e-mailed them direct last week to do this and received a confirmation of cancellation message within 24 hours. However, I find I am still connected, but that may be because my billing date isn't up 'till tomorrow. I would like to say that Roman Video has provided me with the best pics and images so far encountered and my reason for leaving it is purely economical - I do hope they don't blot their copybook by charging me for another month or I shall be really pissed off!!
