The only trample I've seen with Karla Nelson was in "Domination in Mass Muscle". It was a quick trample, little more than a step up on the chest. I don't think the guy held her for more than 10 seconds. Was that the title you were looking for? I'm sure she's done others, but that's the only one I remember seeing.
