John, I have a couple suggestions for the forum.
Could you list the sites we're not allowed to post from in the rules forum?
Also, I was wondering if a general troubleshooting forum would be a good idea. I'm not sure if there is a high enough percentage of posts to warrant this but it might make it easier on people who have similar problems.
With the amount of flames I've seen recently, a separate forum for flames could alleviate the amount we see in the other forums. I assume that several of the forum members need a place to vent and such a forum would give them one. You could even move those that end up in a flaming contest to that particular forum.
