I already did on the old board, but it seems you didn't add them. :(
Anyway that's one: "The Nanny". Episode: "Fransom". Scene: Fran Dresher steps on the back of her female friend while she is on the four.
Another one from an old indian movie: "Karz". After running over his husband with her car and killing him, a woman stole the wallet frome the dead and steps on him with high heeled sandals.
Do you consider music videoclips also? If so, add this one: Video "Svastika eyes", group: "Primal Scream". Scene: several women wearing boots or shoes, all with high heels, steps on the back of a man serving as a ladder.
Another movie, this one italian: The title is "Oh, Serafina". Scene: a woman with thigh high suede black boots and medium heel size tramples a man who is lying face down.

thanks for your input - dont quite know why I forgot to include them. Please could you e-mail me privately with full descriptions of the scenes and I will then use these as the text for my page.
I feel i have to be careful with certain scenes especially the italian ones, most of the titles I know about in italian I have got from Cucciolos site, and unless he has no objections, I dare not post these titles. I tend therefore to stick to english language films which are more readily accessible to most. From that site I had seen the primal scream video but was unsure whether to add it - perhaps I will......
