i'd recommend if you consider doing it again, detailing exactly what you had expected, and making sure she recognizes the signs of oxygen shock, just in case something goes wrong.

from what i've gleaned, the rule of thumb is 20-30 seconds "holding breath" (or what your equivelant capabilities are) with 5-10 second breathing spots, will do the trick without as much risk, mostly cause exhaustion is the reason for passing out :)
