After all of the questions and complaints Amanda has answered for boards members, someone in her organization has posted this advertisment.
This makes a statement about how impersonal some internet companies become with their customers.
Maybe before answering anymore of these questions and complaints, she should take a hard look at who she has working for her, and make sure everyone at her company is on the same page before they totally deprive her of the respect she deserves here.
While MFX is a rival website, they do have some very good material not available anywhere else on the net.
It's a shame they don't have the customer service and personal touch that so many would like to see.
