advice please!!

After a "session" today where I was able to administer some much needed discipline; I realized that I truly need to have more "balls" of my own!! I am able to tell him to do some things, but still back down and go "soft" on him when I feel he may be in a bit of pain. I know, in my heart, that he needs what I am giving him. I just need some advice on how I can keep telling him what to do for me and not give in so quickly. I would love to hear what others of you did when you were just starting out with this. It is really amazing to have added this to our relationship, and I couldn't ask for a better boi. He makes me feel INCREDIBLE when he follows my direction and I simply cannot get enough of him!!

Sit down and make a list of of all of the twisted little things that will happen. Once you do that, you simply need to hold yourself accountable to what you have listed. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you. Afterall, if you can't control the situation, how are you supposed to control your sub?
