MFX videos - bait and switch!!

I posted this message at the bottom of another message, and thought I would start a new thread to better warn potential members:

When you surf thru the free section of MFX video, you see lots of movies and picture sets in each category (FS, lesb, etc).

When you join the site you find out that they spoon feed you a couple of movies/pic sets of each category. This is of course to keep you signed up month after month.

Problem is, most sites give you full access to all their content when you pay $20.

This site is a total rip off!!!

Call me insane, but I always thought it would be a good promotional idea for sights like the above to offer free access for a month to their sight with the purchase of 2 or more video's. That way it would encourage people to purchase video's, and they could send password access along with the purchase. If I had a video company, that is how I would do it. After seeing many of the MF video pic's, I would love to order because of their great use of the thigh over face smothering, but they do not seem to let you order by regular mail, which I prefer to use.

I don't agree when you say Face sitting Brazil is ripping you off.

It's nor fair, you pay 20 and you can see 5 new movies, if you go to their download page you will pay 29 for one simple movie, and I've bought several movies from them.

I love Face sitting video Producers, I love to pay for custom videos, I've ordered a custom idea, I sent them my script and I paid $200 for one simple movie, and I thing it's fair, I love my movie and I don't get tired of seen it.

I believe it's a great deal.

I really don't want to get in the middle of a problem here but
thought it would be important to give the experience I had
with Amanda and this company.


I mentioned on another post that I loved this jeans video they
had on the site so much that I gave a script and ordered a
custom video.

Amanda gave me such excellent customer service which really
suprised me. Even when I didn't buy memberships or videos
they would try to make some jeans videos.

I'm not sure of their policy but when I've bought a video from
them they have sent me a free membership for about 5 days
as a bonus for purchase of a video or two.

My only problem with their company and videos is...........

here it is.... I only speak English and can't understand the
dialog...... BUT I have loved watching their videos with the
jeans facesitting. I'm not into all the other types of videos
they sell, they're too heavy for me, but I really enjoy the
few jeans facesitting videos they've produced, and their prices are reasonible for someone who doesn't have a whole lot to spend.


I think that it is a good thing to post a problem on a message
board so we can know other experiences.


I hope things will work out. It seems to me that Amanda has
a real concern for ciustomer relations. I'm impressed that she
would make an effort to respond to us on this message board.

Yes, you are right. My only two posts have to do with MFX. That is because your site is one of the few sites that totally misleads potential customers. It pissed me off so badly, I only wanted to warn others.

Yes, you got my $20, but hopefully, I can help prevent a lot of other board members from making the same mistake.

Hopefullly, my posts will help many others decide not to join your site - or - you will give access to all the photo series that you advertise.

I see that you do not contest what I said. Only that I posted it a couple times. I did write to your customer service dept. and complain and they did not respond.

This is the beauty of this open forum. So many people can read this discussion.

So . . . how will you respond? Why do you advertise a couple pages of FS series (20+), then give access to only 2 or 3 when someone joins?????

I hope you read this. I really do love the work your girls do on the facesmothering, and would love to order your videos through regular mail. Please consider offering this option, rather than just online ordering. Give a mailing address and charges and you will get an immediate order from me, and probably many others.

i have joined numerous facesitting sites in the past but i have always held off on this one since there have been criticisms before...

so amanda..please respond to 123ert's criticism without resorting to personal attacks. anything less will be construed as ducking the real issue of his complaint.

You are saying that I have a few posts as well, the only reason I get involved on the Forum, is when our employee (person responsible to answer the Forum) tells me that something is very wrong, then I get on the Forum...

As I told I am the Sales Manager of MFX and I have tons of things to take care as Sales, Contracts, Videos Shops, Custom Videos Problems (as Mr. Waffel said), so I can’t do everything by myself (I am only one.. :-)) )

Amanda - Ok, there are 20 movies available for our members(divided into clips) we have 3 updates a week, so once we insert the new movie (update) we take off the first one posted (the oldest one). We alternate the fetish categories so everyone can have access to all different fetishes.. Now we are working with specific fetish Members Site such as http://www.facesittingbrazil.com
As far as interviews with our girls there are 4 interviews.. Regarding pictures there are about 70 - 100 pics per movie, all digital quality...

Amanda - Well as far as I understand most of the sites, doesn’t mean ALL of them... It is the way we decided to make our members area, and there is a lot of MFX Video members hat are very happy with this new Members Area, because as you know, MOST OF THE MEMBERS SITE don’t give a whole 30 minutes movie update 3 times a week..
And Most of the Member site don’t give you 30 clips of each movie (the whole movie) they usually offer less clips, what is fine, they have to offer whatever they believe the customer will enjoy, that is the same thing we do...

hey all,

lets remember what this site is about, haveing fun and shareing in what we like.

I know that people have problems with diferent sites , this is because we are all different for example some people rave about smother.com others dont, some rave about mfx some dont it all depends on ones experance with the particular site.

Its good to air our views but lets not rubbish peoples sites as these people would have put a lot of time and energey into creating these sites and remember there for our enjoyment.

So lets air those views but lets not attack each other.

Amanda i have never bought a video or joined your site but from what i have seen of the general site it looks good and professional with lovely girls (lads i think i can say on behalf of us all, wish we were under them and not the male actors :p )

But also if people have problems Amanda please answer there E-Mails this can only inhance the profile of your site.

(God i sound like some love all hippy).

According to our office in Europe (Italy) they sent us a list of the countries that accept COD (some countris the post office doesnt work with COD).

We can do something else if you want... You can either deposit into a account that we have in Italy, or I can try to send your order thru Italy by COD..

Please give me more information (such as where you live, the tapes that you are interested), so it will be easier to find out what we can do..

But dont worry we can sure work something out, specially because we know you already...

Amanda - Protect is not the point.. The point is to be fair with the customers that want to help us improving our site like your are doing now with your ideas..

Amanda - Very good.. I completly agree with you, after a lot of requests for our Fans (Facesitting and others) we realised that usually members are fan of one specific Fetish... But we can´t forget about others members that are not too much into ONE Specific Fetish and like to see the whole page content as it was an overall...

Amanda - Yes, because of the many requests as we sai on question 1, we opened this site... On your free tour you can finde a sample of a clip that has the same quality of our downloads.. We have 5 movie available for download and hundreds of pictures... We are thinking about increasing this number to 8 movies a month, insteda of 1 update a week, we would make 2... We believe our Facesitting Fans would appreciate that.. :-)))

Just to say that we have not received any email from you...

Let me know if we have send it already...

Checking our files Doug (from our customer service) informed you that our distributor in UK said that the order can´t be send COD, and he gave you a bank acct to deposit the money, but we had no answer from you...

The only reason that we ship our orders from UK to UK customers is to avoid Customs Problems.. If you think it is ok to send you the movie from Italy, no problem!!! We can send it to you....

We just dont want to cause you problems with Customs...

I was just disapointed to find out thats all, that i would not be able to get films in the way it was told to me.,., Amanda i have posted you an e-mail,.. what i would like to say is i appolagise for jumping into the discussion not thinking to well of what is being said here.,., it is not any fault of yours amanda if certain countrys do not accept C.O.D.., as a company mfx is the best i know,.., the people are very helpfull at all times, and if this contradicts my earlier post then so be it.,., as i said i jumped in to this discussion with out concidering what was being said..,
But my problem still stands i wish to purchase films on a regular bases for myself and on behalf of friends.., need to find out a solid solution to problem.,., maybe the answer would be to set up a P.O box for people to send money orders to in the U K.., that would solve it for us brits if you are posting your films from within the U K to british customers.,., Amanda as you know i came out to santos to visit your studio there, A lady called Rafa and a chap called Carlos were more than helpfull and the ladies were second to none.,., I hope this company sorts out these little problems..,,

For the record, my problems with MFX video/Dragon Films have been cleared up.

The website is nice and the pictures are hot. The cancellation process is not automated, so this causes some problems. They do sincerely want to make their customers happy, so it all works out in the end.
