It is not my group...I just happen to be a member..that is all...besides what is wrong with that policy??

there's nothing wrong with that poLicy, it just shouLd be stated, etc.... if john decided one day to start deLeting members aLphabeticaLLy, who've never contributed anything, that wouLd be fine aLso.. but i'm sure he'd give us fair warning..

i cLicked on the Link and found out i was aLready a member there for god knows how Long (hoLd on, Lemme check that). i haven't been there since my first few visits around 10/9/03.... and that's where i read the Last few messages about deLeting members. from what i can teLL, NOTHING has changed there since i Last visited on 10/9/02... same stories (a few additionaL reposts) and mostLy the same pix (again, reposts). before perusing around the group, i immediateLy responded to the impending deLetions, (since members A-B had been gutted, and Letter 'F' isn't far behind) and created an aLbum with my personaL pix. now i'm asking myseLf, does this group have anything to offer? but i figured hey, something might happen here eventuaLLY.

my apoLogies for assuming it was your cLub. if it were, i'm sure you'd never Let it be the mess it is.

it has absoLuteLy nothing to do with the discussion... i've been amused LateLy by the "bash bubba" bandwagon, as weLL as bubba's reaction to it... i say it mereLy in jest, and i hope no one takes it seriousLy at aLL. from what i've been reading, some peopLe have been highLy criticaL of roman video and the way it is run... the footstories yahoo group, is crap, and poorLy run... so in a weak attempt at defLected humor, i Linked the 2 together...

I tried to join this club, but my request was denied, no reason given, no explanation, nothing. could it be because the manager of the club is ASSUMING that because my email addy is littlesteve@??? I might not be old enough ???.... If so may I draw his/her attention to the old addage that to ASSUME anything, makes an ASS out of U & ME, (helpful if remembering the spelling too), and if THIS case he's ASSUMING WRONG. At the grand old age of 51 I am definitely old enough. Perhaps he/she could give some explanation as to the reason for my membership being denied ???...

Waiting with interest to see if he/she decides to respond to this request.

It says on the front page that you have to submit a story first to get approved.

no, i'm fairLy certain that is not the case... you have submit something (specificaLLy they ask for a story) in order to gain access to the site. once in you're supposed to contribute or get booted.. but don't worry, just copy and paste stories from this board (or footaLes, etc) to the yahoo group if you reaLLy want in ... because that's aLL it is... oh, and if you reaLLy want in, without the effort of reposting, then just create a femaLe id, and you'LL be granted access.

TO WHO SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN.....

One can copy-paste stories from other sites...no doubt...but how long can you keep doing that?

The 'smart' guy who says that one should just create a female id and get in has another thought coming.

I think we all should admire the owner of this group for trying to do something really nice and different. After all how many yahoo adult groups are run by women?

I think that instead of passing 3rd rate comments just because some of you were either not given access to the group or dropped from it, why don't you read the home page instructions?
You guys want everything ready made..and when that is not given you start saying all rubbish.

I have been one of the founding members of that group, take it from me, It will go really high.

comments, 3rd rate or not, are just that. so suck it up. the group that you keep promoting, and now cLaim to be a founder of, is akin to a pay site. you require "contributions" to gain access, and further "contributions" to stay a member. Like any "paying" service, you have a right to satisfaction, or the right to inform others of said company's downsides (and of course the upside). what i don't understand is why you are now taking this as a personaL attack; granted my first post was directed towards you, you quickLy corrected me, and informed me that you were onLy a member. are you the agent for the "femaLe" owner?

and just to cLear up any misunderstanding, i received access to the footstories group back in october (without submitting any story), and am stiLL a member as of this post. so my 3rd rate comments aren't coming from sour grapes at being denied/dropped.
