Don't know for sure, but try the Internet movie Database with cross reference to Heather Locklear and Dean Martin. those are the actors I think I recognized in that scene. Heather is climbing on Dean's shoulders to get out of an elevator.
Perhaps a bell starts ringing somewhere?
