If the clip you have is on your computer then you have to upload it on a file sharing site like rapidshare or megaupload...if the clip is already on a site then you just have to copy the URL and paste it into your post.

P.S. The last pic that was posted...the guy in that pic looks retarded..LOL!!..no offense...it just looks hilarious..:D
