One of the things I always find helpful in starting a session was that I have a very large photo album full of pictures much like the ones posted here. The pictures are all in plastic photo album sleeves, and they range mostly from headscissors to facesitting to wrestling 69 locks. What I always do is show the women the album and explain that this is what I am interested in, and they can do what they feel comfortable with. I foiund it helps get the ice broken, and if they aren't comfortable with certain aspects, they tell me and I am fine with it.
I remember when I started, it was before the internet days and I had to search out wrestling partners where I could. I had just a few photo's. My first picture I remember was of a girl names Treena Antonelli with a beautiful facescissors on a girl named Nancy Skaravan. The pic I don't have but it was like this

I remember the pic being so erotic to me because the girls face was totally engulfed in the others thighs. I found this dancer at a club who was willing to give it a try, but she didn't know anything about wrestling. When I showed her the picture, she said 'my god, what is she doing to her?' I found that such a turn on! Anyway, within minutes we were on the floor and damned if those pretty legs of hers didn't apply it as well as a wrestler!
