Hahaha Rarely have I seen DownUnder007 become so animate over a topic...but he is right...smother.com indeed does NOT suck...if you cant play the videos, you probably have one of these problems:

1. you don't enter your username and password when prompted
2. you don't have an updated version of any media player (like the prompt that says download the latest version of windows media player)
3. your computer and possibly internet service provider are in need of a serious makeover

Secondly, that's our speciality at www.smother.com . We have TWO people devoted ONLY to answering customer email, but they have been specially trained NOT to respond if the author has a nutsack smaller than a mouse. That's how people like this fall thru the cracks. It's sad, but it happens. Blame God, not us.
