Alright peeps howz it goin?
a bit about me .. oh god i hear u say?? lol
well i'm 18 from the uk, i loved 2 play the guitar n go out drivin (people up the wall hehe) i weight train everyday 2 keep my self fit =]
well thats about it, if n e 1 has a questions or just wants a chat just drop me a line =]

Hi,

You should weight train every other day to give your muscles a rest. On the days that I don't weight train I do cardiovascular exercise (either bicycling or swimming).

Just some friendly advice from a Yank, take it or leave it. :-)
