Question about Mistressdestiny.com web site

Is the web site mistressdestiny.com active or shut down? I can get to the first page but when I try to sign up it only goes as far as the first page and no further. If you go to the picture samples I get those darn little squares with the tiny little red "x". And, if I remember right, when I clicked on one of those it also took me back to the introduction page as well. Thanks
