hey melissa, with a headscissor you can immobilize the face and remove air at the same time. the photo ecstasagony posted above does a great job in showing this. it can also be done in the 69 position. as you can see in some of these photos (courtesy of joanwisetv.com, jaguarvideostv.com, greeneyes.com and facesittingbrazil.com), once you have the slave in this position, all you have to do is pull the slave's face closer into the ass to immobilize and smother, making it impossible to breathe.
