Sorry to hear that mate.
You're certainly not on your own everybody seems to have a cold or chest infection.I haven't been brilliant myself but wonder if it may be having 9-1/2 stone sitting on my chest twice in the last month.....lol.Sure start feeling it after 15 minutes or so.

well mate thanks for you concern im back to about 80% so im going to try a facesit on sunday really have not been well on anti biotics could not breath but im used to that tee hee hee ill post pics soon ok mate oh and stop saying lol its anoying

Glad you're felling better.
Well lol means laugh out loud or lots of laughs....i laugh a lot real life so that's why i use it.
But best stop or otherwise Louise may decide to shut me up the way she knows best.....sitting long and hard.As i'm only 5'-6'' and 10 stone with a little head i fear i'd be totaly flattened!!
