how about the mistress forcing a full ashtray worth of cigarettes and ashes into the slave's mouth and forcing him to swallow it all...Perhaps washing it down with some golden?

Another idea, have the mistress pour the slave's breakfast cereal in the (used) toilet and then force the slave's head into the toilet to eat breakfast.
