i have some pics i wanna post. whats the easiest way to shrink a pic, i am getting an error telling me that the pics are too large

Hi tedc, You can use any photographic software programme
I use Photoshop but there are many to choose from, it depends on how much you want to pay. I would recomend 'Photoshop Elements' as a good beginners tool its a lot cheaper than the main Photoshop programmes.

Forgot to mention, why not try re-saving them but using a high compression, you shouldn't lose that much quality.
