Well, all I said is my own, personal conclusion based on observations of my friends. I'm not believer (I mean: not Catholic nor any other faith), you may say: there's no God in my heart. It's not wrong nor good, I thing, just my choice of the way of life. If you feel offended by my post - tell me, 'cos it was not my goal to offend anybody, especially in religion, which I think is extremally touchy subject. But this is not religious forum, so let's go to trampling. :)
According to your question: I have this one only trampling experience (I mean: real trampling, where the girl is aware of sexual connections of it). And it's total coincidence that this one particular girl is Catholic. Feel of guilty - yes, I can extrapolate it from my other friends. But trampling is done by Iza only. If this is clear, let's go forward.
According to above: my conclusion is largely conjecture, because she does not want to speak with me about religion. I don't know, maybe she can't trust somebody who's not Catholic he will understand her. Dunno. Why trampling may be an evil? Maybe because it's connected with pleasure, to say more: sexual nature of it - the Church (at least in my country) doesn't approve any pleasure in sexual contacts, sex should be used only for breeding purposes. The second conclusion is: trampling is deviation and the Church doesn't approve it, also.
Why do I say 'the Church' instead of 'Iza'? Because she (and majority of believers in my country) things and acts just like the Church says.
I hope I've shed some light on it.
