For those that remember this series, here are the next two installments...

Krista's Cool Down Part 7

With the two girls dog-piled on top of my back, it was almost time to start to start my upper body workout. "Tanya", Krista said, "Get off me so he can start his push-ups". Tanya rolled off of Krista and Krista remained laying on my back while I was face down on the mat. "OK, let's see some push-ups now", Krista commanded.

My stomach and back muscles were still very tired from the previous portion of the workout and I knew it would be hard to support both of our weights as I pushed up and down. But, what choice did I have. I placed my palms on the mat and started to push up. My upper back was the first to start moving and I strained to straighten my lower back so I could complete my first rep. Fortunately, my arms were pretty fresh so it wasn't too bad. I got to the top and lowered us back down. After the third rep, my lower back was starting to burn as I struggled to keep it straight.

Apparently Tanya thought I was having too easy a time of it and she fell on Krista at the top of the next rep. It was hard enough resisting Krista's 150 lbs. but with another 120 lbs. added, we came crashing down to the mat rather quickly. Tanya giggled, "Surprise! I thought we'd work on some negatives. " (Negative reps, in general, are where you resist a higher amount of weight as you lower the weight). The air I took in on the way down was quickly expelled as the girls bounced a bit on me due to the speed at which I hit the mat.

Tanya rolled off again and I struggled mightily to raise myself and Krista up again. I was just about to the top of the movement and Tanya fell on us again and we slammed into the mat again. This time I hadn't taken in any air and although I tried to suck in some air, it was almost impossible with both of them on me since my diaphram was still tired from before. Tanya finally got off again which made it a little easier. This time as I tried to lift us up, I got my upper back off the mat a little but the rest of me wasn't going anywhere.

"Are you getting tired already?", Krista asked, "Those negatives must be pretty effective Tanya". Krista reluctantly got off me and asked me to do my push-up without her weight and to hold it at the top. "Tanya, let's just have him work on the negatives now. When he gets to the top, we'll both step on his upper back with one foot". This seemed to be better for my tired lower back but now my arms were very tired too so I didn't know how well I could resist their combined weight. And, since they weren't laying on me, it would be concentrated on my arms a lot more.

I got to the top and they both stepped on my upper back simultaneously. As I feared, it wasn't long until I was on the mat again panting heavily. "Two more of these and then you can be done", Krista told me. After the second and last rep, I expected the girls to step off me again so I could rest but they had other ideas. Tanya started walking on my lower back and Krista walked on my upper back. Tanya felt really good on my sore lower back muscles but it was still hard to breathe with them both on me. Krista moved off my upper back and started walking up and down my upper arms to help work out the lactic acid build-up. After a couple of minutes, Krista asked me to roll over so she could massage my chest.

I was now face up and Krista stepped up on my wasted chest muscles. She was kneeding them with her toes and made sure not to miss any part. "What should I do Krista?", Tanya asked. "Oh, I guess you work on his stomach", Krista replied. Tanya excitedly leapt up on my stomach and was walking around on her heels. I couldn't hold her up because I was still recovering from my last ab work-out but I suppose it was helping me recover a little faster. After a few more minutes, they finally got off right before I felt like I was going to pass out from lack of oxygen.

Krista's Cool Down Part 8

My chest workout was not done yet. Chest flyes were next. For this exercise, I laid down on my back and Krista sat (heavily at first) on my chest and then leaned back so she was lying back. Her legs are very flexible so this helps a lot for this movement. Krista lifted her legs up in the air so that they were straight and at a 90 degree angle to the rest of her body. I grabbed the outside of each knee and she let her legs fall out to the sides, like it a split, as my arms went straight out to my sides. Her well developed, muscular legs provided good resistance for my semi-recuperated chest muscles. Then, I brought my arms back up and closed her legs again. I finished 10 reps, and rested a bit before my second set. Krista rested her upper thighs on my face as I rested.

I got through four reps in the second set but Tanya must have thought I was having it too easy again. "I'm going to help both of you out at the same time!", she exclaimed. Tanya stepped up on Krista's stomach and started pushing on Krista's inner thighs while I was doing my flyes. "Hey, what are you doing now", Krista said as best she could while most of Tanya's 120 lbs. were pressing into her stomach. "Well, I'm helping his chest exercise and working your stomach at the same time. I didn't think you'd mind since I've stood on your abs before while you were doing leg raises. Besides its kinda fun being up here."

I'm sure Krista could feel my chest muscles trembling now under her butt as I struggled with each rep. Although with Tanya standing on her she might not have paid much attention. After the eighth rep, I started lifting Krista's legs and part of Tanya's upper body up but I couldn't make it and my arms came down to the ground again. It was also getting hard to breath since almost all of the ladies' 270 lbs was concentrated on my chest and abs again. "Hey, why are you stopping?", Tanya asked. "I can't do any more.", I said. "Yeah, and my stomach muscles are tired too", Krista joined in. "OK, I'll let your chest muscles rest for 30 seconds but I know you can do more Krista so I'm going to bounce up and down on your tummy while he's resting", Tanya answered. I felt Tanya's weight shift back to my abs more and felt her bouncing up and down on us. I guess we were both getting an ab workout now! It was easier to breath in using my chest now but I could here Krista's air rushing out (and mine too) each time Tanya bounced up and down.

After she was done bouncing, I felt Tanya's weight shift again and I completed two more reps. I thought Tanya was going to get off but she grabbed on to Krista's feet while they were still up in the air and together. Then, unexpectedly, she jumped up and down on Krista's tummy three times while holding on to her feet for balance. Then Tanya lept off of Krista's stomach. "Alright, now you're done", Tanya said. And we were. Krista put her legs back down and we both tried to catch our breath (although I still had Krista laying on me). After about a minute, Tanya straddled and sat on Krista's stomach and started bouncing up and down lightly. I'm sure Krista would have rolled off sooner if she had known Tanya had gotten tired of standing. After another minute, Tanya did one last big bounce so she could stand right up from her sitting position. This time, Krista quickly got off me in case Tanya got any more ideas.

The Krista series is one of my all-time favourites -- those ladies are real Ab-Mistresses!!! These scenes would make a WILD workout video!
