Sorry.
Are you load balancing or on 1 server? How about packet shaping? Are you logging bandwidth usage. Maybe another packet on a port other than 80 is hogging your line. Check your router cache log.

it is now 11:10pm tuesday night eastern time and earlier today i got it so much i almost posted asking if others were getting the same message sooooo often, i must have gotten it about 60 times, but i have been off the computer now for about six hours before coming back on and have not gotten the message during this attempt and i have read several posts with no problems. Earlier that would have meant about 8 messages, but now , so far, so good.
