Without clicking the link I can tell it's one of those guy/guy clips that seemed to sprout up everywhere on Youtube.

This link downloads from any number of web services like yourtube (http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php)

It has pretty good instructions. The jist of it is that you paste into the edit box the link your intrested in and press the download button. After a few moments it presents you with another button that says download. Right click on this new button and you can save the file as an FLV file type.

There are also links to view and convert FLV types.

I like to be funny sometimes, but I'd never post a link to a guy on guy clip. Not to be disrespectful to others who are into that, but that's REALLY NOT my thing. That clip is of a little kitten playing and biting a woman's foot. I thought some people might find that cute :)
