I got this from another website.

When you play a video in YouTube, a file called "get_video" is created in your disk cache (in Windows 98, C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files). This "get_video" file IS ALREADY the video BUT in ".flv" format (Flash Video): it can be converted to another more-friendly format (like .mov, .mp4 or .mpg).

1) Save the ".flv" file (get_video):

Every video uploaded in YouTube is identified by a code or "ID".

To watch a video, the general URL is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch.php?v= "ID"
To save a video, the general URL is:
http://www.youtube.com/get_video.php?l=165&video_id= "ID"

You must find the correct "ID" in order to download the ".flv" file.

For example, searching for "giantess" in YouTube, you can find the "Oyayubihime" clips (9 in total): http://www.youtube.com/results?related=giantess
Click on the "Oyayubihime [Clip 2] - Thumbelina" link.
Scroll down until you see "Video URL (Permalink)"...
The URL is "http://www.youtube.com/?v=Jm5wAQLiIB4".
See the value "Jm5wAQLiIB4" after "?v=".
Conclusion: "Jm5wAQLiIB4" is the "ID" for "Oyayubihime [Clip 2] - Thumbelina".
So the link to download the "get_video" here is "http://www.youtube.com/get_video.php?l=165&video_id=Jm5wAQLiIB4"
Copy and paste it (without the quotes) into the "address bar" of your browser (or your download manager).
You will be prompt to save the "get_video" file in your hard disk.
Choice "Save" and add the extension ".flv".
After the download, you have a "get_video.flv" file with 6,52MB of size.
I renamed it to "get_video_Oyayubihime_[Clip 2]_-_Thumbelina.flv".
Et voilá! Wink

2) Convert the ".flv" file to another format:
