Heels like that sink into you when she puts her whole weight on. You can't fight it, just have to submit and relax as much as possible to deal with it.

The sensation goes beyond simple pain to a kind of burning sensation as those of you who have been under stilletos know.

My friend who is beginning to play with me is retraining me but at 5'11" and 145 is taking it a "step" at a time:) But heels like that are quite workable.
