This really is good advice and a great way to introduce a girl to the pleasures of having her own personal footslave. Over 20 years ago now I did just thus with my then girlfriend. I had a serious foot fetish but you just didn't talk about those things at all back then. We had been skiing and we went to her house after and she said her feet were so cold they hurt.
