Well I managed to cancel my subscription.. after updating my IE and finding out that it only has 56kb decryption.. and Ibillcs needs 128.. so therefore I had to download and install Netscape. So to all of you who wonder about the same thing, here's your solution..
And to all of you who helped me: Thanks=) And sorry that you had to put up to my naging.
