Movie scenes site update?

Hi, just wanted to ask if anyone knows if coccobills site members.tripod.com/tramp_list has been updated yet, because everytime i get to the site, it says it has exceede its hourly bandwidth, try again in 4 hours! I need to know if it is worth the wait at the moment. If not, does anyone know when it will be updated? please help
