anyways.... i have a question

to anyone who read my last thread, please read it first before replying to this so you know what happened, well... *sighs* my question is, if i ever decide to write another story, how can i be safer to make sure i can have somewhere incase that happens to me again? is there a way i can post it somewhere else or something before it goes to here? or maybe i can email a story to the mod and he can paste it here for me? something, anything at all? i am trying to calm down here, even if i do write another story, i do not think i can write one that good again, i had to think and write, think and write, it took more than 2 hours, and didn't stop even once to do anything else, i am so mad at it for happening again to me, anyone have any ideas? thank you so much

why not type it in Word, then copy / paste it to this sight. If it doesn't work, you have a copy on your computer.

I always write my stories in Microsoft Word first.
Then I can read over them, make changes, & edit.
When I'm happy with the finished product I copy & paste it on this page.
I've lost lots of stuff the same way you lost yours. Just start over again in Word. I know it doesn't help the fact that you lost all that time and energy. Just don't let it happen to ya again.

Write it in word, save it to disk, then post it. If for whatever reason you have posting problems then you still have the story saved!

I always write the story in some word processor so I can save my work even if it takes weeks to write a story. Then when you are ready you can save a copy as a text file and download it here. Or you can cut and paste it to this forum.

I wouldn't advise trying to download the file in "word" format or etc. Everybody doesn't use "word". A text file can always be read by all.
