I don't know if you realize that Adamant posted this story in 2002. Strawberry dug it up. I don't think it is fair that Adamant be should suddenly be banned for something that old that has gone unnoticed and untouched almost since the forum started (and possibly before there was an explicit underage rule). He has been active without incident all these years. I hope the ban in this case is very brief.

If you want to blame anybody, it would be Strawberry, who could have just reported it quietly, without posting that he wanted more stories just like this, and bringing it back up to the present.

I feel strongly about the rule, but this is a unusual case.

Yes I do argree that their should be no content whatsoever about underage
in any post.

But how did you come across it in the first place if you wern't yourself deliberatly looking for underage content?

The most sensible to have done was to have brought it to the moderators notice about looking into old threads & deleating the content themselves.

I still can't understand why after all this time that you wish to report these now let alone go looking for old content of underage.

I didn't realize the initial post had been made in 2002 which incidentally was before we were so strict on such rules. Which of course explains why people had all been here since 2002 who read it. I've unbanned adamant19uk, and I'll apologize to him when I see him.

I am encouraging UNDER-AGED and any other stories because of FREEDOM of the press!! i disagree with under-aged photography unless there is a signed release from a parent or gardian as per law)
.. but IF one types someone is 17 and 11 months or 18 years old in a story then it is the imagination of the reader if it is under-aged. (I am sure you made a copy on your hard drive), I would be interested if anywhere it says the age of the students!

We are on the same page about Strawberry. I think a made myself clear the first post and Heckron seemed to agree with how to handle this.

But I don't agree that MDFF has anything like "freedom of the press." This is an international forum, not a forum based on the United States constitution, it certainly is not the press, but it does have it's own rules that we must follow. We are kindly hosted by John and we agree to those rules when we come on board here. No underage material, in video, pictures, or stories, period.

I think that answers Strawberry's suggestion that I would somehow get in trouble. Delete underage material away, lock up pedophiles, and throw away the key.

it would be be more acceptable, according to me, to simple rewrite/edit the story so there is no explicit stating of underage. Much like when you get an adult model in pig-tails acting like a child with a disclaimer stating: no minors were hurt in the making of the photo-shoot.

I do not wish to have people think I am for minors in pornography, but if an author says the characters are 17 and 11 months instead of 18 years old ( according to the USA and other international laws ) why discard all the effort by simply saying that the student was left back a few years and was 18 in grade 11! or instead of accepting "High school" stories simply put in the RULES all stories must be about 'junior college' up to graduate school if a number is that important to keeping the forum open.

The moderators made a decision to delete it. You are not an administrator, or a moderator, or the owner of this forum. You do not get to choose if the offending post gets reposted.

At this point we are all aware that the original story was an underage one. Changing the ages and reposting it doesn't change the fact that we were all aware the intention was to make this an underage story...reposting it with a couple 6's replaced with 8's doesn't change this...hence the decision to delete it rather than have it edited.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with our initial decision. 16 is under 18. Illegal. Perhaps you weren't ever taught that.

Let me clarify this for you as it seems to boggle your mind. This is a story intended to arouse us sexually. In this story, I hate to be repetitive, but there's a frickin underage kid portrayed in it. We are not permitted by law to post erotic stories featuring underage kids.
