Anti Litter Police in Paris

This is a photo of a tourist girl with two Paris cops, showing how clean the streets are kept in the city.

But probably only fans of this site would notice the only piece of litter in the street.

OK, got to admit it isn't much of a trample or foot pic, just thought it was a bit ironic because the photographer/writer pointed out how clean Paris was compared t a lot ofother cities, and illustrated this point with a number of pics. But failed to notice that one of his subjects was standing apprently unknowingly on what looks like a discarded news paper.

Here is another pic with a bit more of a foot theme, not sure of the story behind this one, looks like a costume party maybe.

I guess for the newspaper pic that they made that one to show they intercepted a criminal trying to hide litter they just thrown on the pavement ;) Make-up...

"Gosh, I didn't know that was there, I must have stood on it accidently."

"Of course madamemoiselle, dat ees vat dey all say. Dat will be a 500 franc fine and ve vill confiscate ze paper."

"Mais oiu mon cherie, it es still, how you say, litter. You must find something else to stand on."

"Is this all right then mr officer?"

"Oiu, that is fine madamoiselle, but you will need more amis if you want to tour de Paris"
