Do you permit slaves to add more time to a session (if your schedule allows it and backed up with payment, naturally) or must this have been scheduled beforehand? If I were on the west coast and scheduled an hour with you, I'm afraid the time would just fly by.

To answer the question about extending sessions, I am not a clock watcher. If someone wants to extend, it's usually never a problem. When I'm going to be doing trampling, I make sure to not schedule another appointment right afterward so I can really take my time.
