This site has a nice collection of Trample and high heel photos as well as a handfull of stories. There is also some crush stuff if I remember correctly... Didn't really check that out though.
A lot of the heels look sharp, however, it appears (at least from what I saw) a large amount of the trampling is done on the back side. Which may be a plus for you.
There is another woman there, 'Brandy', which has some very very nice streaming videos of her trampling a guy. She works him over pretty well. They have some downloadable video clips in addition to the streaming...
Once again, the site is decent sized, but not huge (a la trample.com, etc), and it is pretty evenly split between trample, crush, and foot/heel fetish. There also seems to be a fair amount of c**k crush items as well (some video clips and pictures).
I'd give the site about a 6.5 out of 10 ... There were a few things that I really liked, but I haven't found the need to spend that much time there. If you are into c*ck crush or other forms of crush (crayfish, worms, etc ) then you may rate it higher than myself.
