It was ok...my fav story of yours was when the guy was forced to smell feet in the airplane while he was being humiliated whiile haveing his ...teased...

The humiliation and tease foot string is the theme of yours I like best. Could you make one about the humiliation of a office worker to a female boss? How about a recovered footfetishist being interrogated by two female FBI agents by forcing him to revisit his weakness as they break him down by leveraging his weakness he tries so hard to fight. Just a thought :) (subtle at first then more forceful moving forward teasing his... to keep him off balance.
