The cheerleading squad at Howard was practicing at their field. Sasha was the captain and stood 5'7 130 lbs and was light skinned huge breast a succulent backside and powerful legs which bowed slightly giving her a sexy walk when she pranced around. Some of the girls were sick due to a bug going around. In all there were 15 girls but only six were present. Their practice uniforms consisted of orange spandex long sleeved suits that stopped at their ankles. As they were practicing their highs kicks Sasha noticed a woman was watching them. The woman was white,5'3, a bit on the skinny side maybe about 100 lbs. She was with another white girl who was taller at about 5'11 but looked even lighter weight wise. Also about 100lbs. the two white girls were pointing and laughing at the cheerleaders. Sasha said to Tanya, Marie, Kris, Tara, and Lea, look at those skinny bitches laughing at us. Lets go see whats so funny. As the girls walked across the empty field littered with football sleds and cones and other equipment. When they approached they heard one of the laughing girls say "Please what are these skanks goin to do". Sasha heard this and said "So what are you two bitches laughing at." "We are laughing at you dumb bitches trying to cheer especially for a losing team". The two girls broke out in laughter. What these two girls didnt know was that these girls were required to take kickboxing for two years before they can become cheerleaders. "You girls suck ass and cant cheer worth a damn" Sasha was furious at the tall girl and said "One more word and im going to stomp the shit out of you and your friend." Katy's remark was cut short as Sasha's sole penetrated deep into her gut. Sasha loved the front kick to the gut. It had the ability to shut a mouth no matter how big or small the person receiving it was. Katy was thrown back into a wall where Tara and Lea were waiting to keep her on her feet. They pinned her against the wall and held her there. Mandy ran after Sasha while her back was turned but Tanya caught her with a devastating roundhouse belly kick with her heel. Mandy's eyes bulged as vomit spewed from her mouth and then crumpled to the ground. Tanya came up to Katy who was against the wall and stood with her back to katy and fired her elbow right in the middle of her belly. Katy convulsed in agony as Tanya gave her four more elbows, each landing deeper than the last. Katy's legs gave and was being held up by Tara and Lea. By this time Mandy was gathering her strength back as she made it to all fours. Just as she tried to get up Sasha landed a thunderous kick to her belly spinning Mandy twice in the air before she landed on her back. Before Mandy could ball up to comfort her beaten belly Sasha slammed her skinny heel into her. The pain was searing as Mandy's eyes rolled back. Sasha feet were cute and soft but thin which meant they severely damaged all things stomped or kicked by them. Sasha kept her bony heel in Mandy's gut and took a knee with her other leg next to her. "Come over here Tanya i want you to sit on my knee and bounce up and down." Tanya got into place as Sasha protruded her bony heel which was already in Mandy's gut. Tanya jumped up and slammed her butt onto Sasha's knee which drove Sasha's bony heel into Mandy's gut. Mandy's eyes widened as she felt the pointy heel drive in so deep that it had to have made a divet in the grass underneath her. Blood leaked out of Mandy's mouth.

Sasha's bony heel penetrated deep into Mandy belly causing serious damge to her insides. Tanya lept up again and crashed her butt onto Sasha's knee over 6 times driving the killer heel so deep into her stomach that Sasha's whole foot disappeared in her gut. Mandy was losing conciousness as Sasha rose to her feet and stomped down on Mandy's gut with her sole. Sasha twisted and rolled her sole into Mandy sending Mandy's eyes rolling into the back of her head. Sasha continued her gut twisting sole punishment until Mandy lost conciousness. At the wall where Katy was being held up by Lea and Tara both girls twisted Katy's arms to force her to bend at the waist at a 90 degree angle. With a nod to each other Lea sent a brutal kick into the unflexed belly which lifted Kathy to her toes. Before Katy could lower her heels to the ground she was lifted even higher in the air and off her toes. Before Katy could touch the ground Lea's barefoot buried itself into Katy's midsection again keeping her suspended in air. Uuuugggh came out of Katy's mouth after each kick. After the 46th kick, Katy was let go of as her feet finally touched the ground after being suspended by the stomach kicks for 57 seconds. Katy collapsed to the ground on all fours. Lea sent a hard kick to her gut to flip her on her back and Tara planted her bony orange spandex covered knee with all her weight into her stomach. Katy tried to curl up but Lea had shoved her soft but deadly foot into her mouth and pinned her head to the grass. Tara began twisting her bony knee left and right. Tara then pinned Katy's arms to the ground and with the other leg outstreched to support her, she took her knee out of Katy's gut, swung her leg up behind her and drove her kneedown and up into Kathy's violated gut. Lea's foot was still planted up to the arch

...in Katy's mouth. Katy shook violently as each knee landed in the center of her gut and slid up to her ribs due to the slippery spandex. The knees not only smashed Katy's gut but they also sloshed them up under her ribs due to the sliding up uf her slippery knee. Just as Lea removed her foot from Katy's mouth and Tara dismounted from on top of Katy, Katy immediately rolled on her side and threw up blood and passed out. When Katy and Mandy awoke they were tied up side by side to the tackling sleds. Sleds are used by football players. They consist of a 3 foot perpendicular pads attatched to a steel frame which slides on the grass as extreme force is applied. The pads were angled slightly down at the top forcing the girls to slouch forward a bit, and was located at the goalline with the whole field behind it. Sasha said "You have fucked with the wrong ladies and if you both live after this then good for you, if not oh well." As she said this the girls started to beg and plead. Sasha walked up with Lea and both put their hands behind each of the girls head. With a countdown of three Sasha and Lea simultaneously planted thei knees into the girl's guts. The sled moved back a couple of inches. Mandy and Katy moaned in pain. Their bellies so beaten that they were unable to tighten their abs. Sashaand Lea continued their devastating knee lifts for 5 minutes. The sled was pushed back ten yards. Tanya and Tara were up. they lined up to the side of the tied up girls. At the same time Tanya and Tara each sent a roundhouse back kick which drove their heels into their stomachs. Both white girls shook violently. The heel kick continued until the sled went twenty yards. Sasha inspected the feet of her cheerleaders to determine who next to her had the boniest thin heel. Tara had the next closest bony heel.

Tara and Sasha who had the boniest thinnest heels of the bunch laid on the grass in front of the tied up girls. After a countdown each barefooted cheerleader baent one of their knees back and fired their bony heels into both white girl's bellies. Uuuuggggghhhhh came out of their mouths as the thin heels penetrated their guts and moved the sled back 10 yards. These heel kicks were the most devestating of all. Sasha and Tara had the most powerful legs on the squad. combined with all their power concentrated through their pointy heels were death sentences for anyone or anything. Sasha and Tara moved up again in front of the tied up girls. The white girls could barely lift their heads. All they did was whimper and ask forgiveness and mercy. Again the legs of Sasha and Tara cocked back. Protruding their bony heels they fired their legs forward aiming for the center of each white girls belly. Another ten yards the sled moved back as the white girls convulsed and their legs turned to rubber. A total of 5 bony heel kicks landed into their guts. "I feel like scoring a touch down ladies, what about yall"? The girls agreed and looked to see that they had about 30 or so yard to go. The whit girls were hanging on by a thread. Suddenly each whit girl was assulted with combination knees, sole kicks, heel kicks, punches, and elbows. Blood was coming from the white girls' mouths and noses. Each blow landed deeply in Katy's and Mandy's guts. Ten yards left Sasha stopped the girls and said "This touchdown is mine. Sasha got on the grond again on her back. "4th and 10, game on the line girls, this is for it all" With that she cocked back both legs and fired her bony heels into both girls at the same time. The sled flew back as blood and vomit left a trail into the endzone and the white girls went unconcious. THE END
