Hey buddy....Carlo this is good to see.
Smile and enjoy your life as we only get one of them so we should aim for maximum happy as often as we can get it. Remember nobody can hurt us or insult us unless we give them the power to do it by believing what they say and do and reacting the way they want us to. It is easier and healthier to laugh at those who are uncaring or insensitive to us than get hurt or angry and if we cant help getting upset then it is still up to us to chose how upset we become and how long it will last.
