be careful of file name and ANY (possible) ‘illegal’ characters (: / “ , “ .)

• rename the pic you're trying to upload EXACTLY.

example:
wifeandme01.jpg

give any files you try to upload short title and use no spaces.

check any files you try to upload are in (actual fact) .jpg format.

• if not convert any files you try to upload to .jpg format.

uploading shouldn't be so hard/causing you such problems.
