Yes, Ben. I saw the same design about a year ago too. They were sold by a fetish shop in New York, but I lost the URL :-(

I have searched but I was not able to find a pic about these panties...However I am sure that there is a pic in an old thread and maybe in Mistress Sitter website...hope that this will help you a little bit...sorry for not having any more info :(
