Judging by the way you write at times, I get the feeling you might be British. Even so, being thankful for certain blessings in life is something that crosses all borders and boundaries.

Thanks for contributing to this board, Ste Letto. I hope your father is still doing as best as he can. Even as my own father's condition worsens, I am grateful now for the time I have with him.

On a lighter note, I'm also grateful you're such a damn good writer. :) Hope those creative juices start flowing again soon, pal. It's always a pleasure (well, 98.9%) to read your works. ;)

Hi Wallcrawler,

thanks as always for the support. Sorry to hear about your father. My Dad's cancer has spread to his liver, which isn't good, so we don't know how long he's got. My mum's taking it hard as well, so things are very hard right now. I will be writing again in future, the imagination never shuts down completely.
